Spanish is part of our students' special area schedule in Toll Gate. All students have Spanish class once a week: K-5 for 1 hour, and Preschool for 25 minutes.
Language learning, presented through traditions, stories, and songs, provides a foundation upon which students gain an appreciation for the culture, geography, and language shared among Spanish speakers. Students will develop skills helpful for language learning and take the "tool box" into their middle school language classes.
